The pool was HORRIBLE it was green and had a film on the top, dead bugs everywhere!!!! most or the families wouldn't let the girls swim it was so BAD! Then on to our room the TV didn't work, when running the HVAC unit the smell of mildew was horrendous, the in room fridge wouldn't shut(they fixed this for us on day 2), we had no smoke detector (also replaced on day 2), and we continually got locked out or our room all weekend. We used the conference room for pizza on the second night and the HVAC unit in there was torn off the wall and there were holes cut in the wall. The staff was very helpful and did their best to accommodate but there is only so much they could do about the issues we experienced. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!
