  For as pet friendly as this hotel is the lack of cleanliness was even more appalling. They describe it as light touch house keeping and for extended stays housekeeping is only offered once every seven days. Stayed in two rooms as my accessibility reservation had issues from the start, and the reason was never found as to why I was put in a non accessible room on the 3rd floor. Their solution was to tell me to go next door to a different hotel which was not an option for me. They switched my rooms after the first day. The first room was riddled with stains, dirt, dust, light bulbs and thermostats that didnt work as well as broken cabinets. The second room was also riddled with stains, dirt, dust, broken lights and also broken curtains. The doors to the rooms are very heavy metal making them hard to open as a wheelchair user, but I did appreciate the double locks on them, the accessible peephole and outside doorbell. The kitchenettes are not well lit which was for the best, faucets were leaky but the microwave was decently clean. The accessible room had a bed height that makes transferring difficult but the bed itself was comfortable and mostly clean. The desk height was low in both rooms which I personally prefer so that was at least a plus. They shoveled snow promptly but many people parked with the backs of their vehicles hanging over the sidewalks and front desk staff didnt care that this made moving luggage difficult even for non disabled guests. Some front desk attendants were friendly but made the check in process unnecessarily long, creating a line of people where each check in took 30+ minutes. Other front desk attendants were openly rude to customers on the phone about their reservations and proceeded to talk about those guests to people in line. I also noticed guest information laying out in full view of other guests. The location is close to the highway and a walmart which is ideal and the only thing I can say is worth more than 1 star. Their snack store is decently priced but not decently stocked.

  Customer service has been amazing. Pet friendly. Rooms are super clean and spacious. They provide washer and dryer no charge. You just have to have your own laundry soap and fabric softener. They even have laundry baskets for you inside the rooms. You have a stove fridge dishwasher a microwave they offer silverware bowls, plates, Tupperware bowls, pans and a skillet and utensils for the skillet and pans. Refrigerator plenty of room clean freezer has an icemaker. Which is very convenient if you’re looking for a hotel suite stay at for a period of time. I highly recommend this hotel.

  Everything was gorgeous, but I arrived in my room to find the bed had no sheets, or blankets of any kind. The pillows didn't have pillow cases, and the shower had no curtain. But that's ok. I kno how to put them on. It's still very nice and it's only my first night.

  This place is fantastic!! The rooms are really up to date, very nice kitchenette. Very animal friendly and great little area to buy extra stuff. If you are traveling, check this place out, it's well worth the money.
