  This place is horrible even though I have a ADA service dog they still charge me a pet fee. The kid at the counter told me the owner stated all animals would be charged for so I’ve contact Holliday Inn Express corporate to resolve this matter and get a refund I even brought proof in which I showed when I checked in I would not recommend this place at all. The owners sound like they enjoy breaking the law.

  The day of arrival they had pre-authorized my card which was no issue. 110$ for the room plus $50 for incidentals. When I was checked in the guy at the front desk didn't check my I.D. and was very unenthusiastic about his job. After, I got a notification that the hotel tried to pull another $50 and another $5.80? When we went up to our room it seemed clean on the surface. Then when I went to shower there was a clump of hair found on the floor. I threw it away and tried to disregard it. Until I found another clump in our sheets. When we went to watch tv the volume down button didn't work, so my husband went to the unenthusiastic front desk guy told him, "Yeah all of our remotes are like that, you can try that one" and pointed to another remote. All and all I loved the location, breakfast was decent, but I didn't bring any of this up to the morning front desk because at check-out I also had to wait about 5 minutes for anyone to even show up at the front desk, at that point I just wanted to leave.

  Room was very comfortable and clean, exceeds all expectations, it actually puts some hotels with higher stars to shame. Helpful and chatty frontdesk who brightens the start of our stay. Breakfast was great as well with a good variety spread. Would definitely stay here if we visit Alliance again.

  Just don't book through a third party for any hotel. You have more flexibility booking with the hotel themselves.

  This was a wonderful hotel! It is new and clean and smelled good. (Have you ever noticed how some hotels just don't smell good🫢 Kassie at the front desk was super nice. I definitely recommend this hotel if you're staying in Alliance!
