Helpful and chatty frontdesk who brightens the start of our stay. Breakfast was great as well with a good variety spread. Would definitely stay here if we visit Alliance again.

Mekn Mann und ich haben sich sehr gefreut, dass es im Lobby Tap Bier gibt. 10 Dollar haben wir auf die Karte geladen um etwas leckeres zu trinken. 1 Tap ist sofort gebrochen, 1 Tap war leer, hat Paar Spucke Schaum gespuckt und 2 Dollars waren weg. Also für 10 Dollars am Schluss haben wir 2.5 kleine Becher Schaum bekommen. Der Abend war ziemlich verderben, ich hatte lieber für diese 10 Dollar 3 Bierdosen irgendwo an der Tankstelle gekauft. Die Receptionistin konnte nur sagen, Sorry Guys, tut mir Leid. Und so war unser Geld für nichts weg 🤷♂️ Service Pfui...
