    I can’t wrap my head around the fact that the maids come into the room and take out the trash, (sometimes), 😬 bring fresh towels, but then don’t bother to make the beds, sweep, or vacuum. The room itself is great, but the room service needs attention. Even after mentioning specifically to the front desk/manager and to the maids in person, that we would like to have a full room cleaning done every day, and specifically have the beds made, the beds are not being made. At the very least, beds should be made up fresh every other day, if not every day, during an extended stay. Now go do good.

    Shout out to Amber at the front desk. That woman is extremely excellent at her job. It’s Obvious that she totally gets customer service. She is the kind of employee that will eventually be poached, probably by an upscale hotel chain.

    We've had the most unexpectedly delightful stay at Best Western! From the moment we checked in, the service staff treated us and our obnoxiously friendly Bully like family. 🐶 Every single person went above and beyond — friendly, attentive, and genuinely joyful to help. And the rooms? Immaculate. Inviting. Suspiciously clean, like the housekeeping team might actually have superpowers! I half expected a sparkle effect to follow me when I walked in. ✨️ All in all, 10/10 — would absolutely return!

    The hotel is lovely. What made my stay was the above and beyond service from Amber and Tyrah! I walk with a cane and after a long drive it was great to be greeted and helped by two women who care. Thanks for your amazing staff!!!
