- EVEllen VogelsFeb 15, 20261.0We were there for a tournament and the pool and spa were closed all weekend for “chemical imbalance” seemed like they didn’t want a busy pool on a busy weekend. communicating with the daytime front desk staff was difficult as they were outside on smoke breaks frequently. We clearly made a poor choice staying here rather than the americinn across the street. We ended up checking out early as we would rather drive 1.5 hours than stay here another night. The kitchenette in the “suite” was poorly stocked and the dishwasher was supposedly full of clean dishes- I guess we were were supposed to empty it? The glasses had a haze from cleaning or were dirty. Drawers were dirty. Edit- appreciate the owner response. We were told the pool was closed specifically. Several other guests were told that as well. Signage posted in the area stating the pool was closed. The front desk person on Friday was very nice and called across the street to see if we could use that pool. Unfortunate if the pool was actually open

Would have gotta a refund and left if we weren't so exhausted The breakfast was rubbery eggs, rubbery bacon and rubbery sausage! The couch was too low, hard to get up from! Staff didn't seem to care about our concerns! The bed also was very hard. I would not recommend staying here. 😒
