I have never been treated with such disrespect and lack of customer service ever. The nighttime front desk staff was absolutely horrendous and completely lacked professionalism. Her demeanour towards guest was atrocious, and her dress code looked like she just rolled out of bed. Her blatant disrespect for the guest and their children was appalling. The hotel itself was one of the noises hotels I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life. The constant banging and stomping at all hours Made it extremely hard to relax and enjoy our stay. The housekeeping lacklustre as well. Our bed was not made. The clean towels were thrown into the bathroom. The bathroom was not clean from the prior guest. What looked like vomit was around the toilet and on the shower door. Disgusting would be putting it lightly. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. The lack of cleanliness in the bathroom was one thing, but the night staff was the worst I’ve ever seen. Her rudeness, lack of professionalism, and her general immature tone should not be how you want to represent your hotel. The stay was extremely unfortunate. Ive stayed at Holiday Inn expresses before and always had a great experience.
