  Our stay was not pleasant to say the least. They put a lot of work on the main floor to give an appearance like it's a 3-star hotel. However, once you go past that area is another story. - Our first room had a potent rotten smell as soon as we opened the door. Service was attentive and gave us another room. - Our second room wasn't any better. First night, we tried to use the bathroom sink. It takes around 5 minutes or so for us to be able to use the hot water. Another issue about this is while the water is running in the sink, the sink is actually clogged. Water was not draining fast enough. Plumbing issue. - the toilet seems to be a very low pressure toilet. We've stayed at competitors such as Marriot, Hilton, and Double Tree. Their toilets were higher pressure. Easy to flush. - Bathroom fan sounds like it might need a deep cleaning. Struggling to ventilate judging by the noise it was making. - The fridge, if you stood next to it, stank pretty bad. The interior base of the cabinetry that holds the fridge is chipped entirely at the bottom. - The entry door into the room was chipped in several places on both sides. - For a 3-star hotel, the bathroom, as someone else pointed out in the reviews, is extremely small. - TV remote looks like it's from the 1990s or 2000s. Has options for DVD and VCR. Was not sure if there was even an option to watch streaming apps. We only saw what was available on the TV, not a lot of selections. We didn't want to call services again for a change in room because it felt like the next replacement room would just be the same. We have stayed at this place several times in the early to mid-2010s for banquets. It seems it has gone downhill over the last decade. Would not recommend staying here.

  I had my sons 1st birthday party here, it was amazing. They had a pool for the littles, pool for the older kids and slides. They let me check in early because I was a IGH member. Everybody was very nice.

  Completely updated rooms. Clean, and comfortable. Fantastic complimentary breakfast with a large assortment of options. Would definitely stay here again.

  Well worth the stay and I'm glad there is security..bathroom is small but that's k..beds was comfortable and we brought our own pillows I was in room 1007..there's damage to the top if the bathroom door outside of it Rooms was clean..we had the first floor..pool heater was busted but my granddaughter enjoyed herself

  This hotel is not clean. Evidence everywhere of things falling apart and just being patched over. Our iron had something melted to it and when we asked for a replacement it never came. The pool water gave kids itchy skin. I would not stay here again unless I had to.
