We all froze -The fitness center was closed and we were not inform before hand. There were zero notices except on the fitness center door. This was highly disappointing. If we would have known this, we would have booked else where -the breakfast was nothing to rave about. Considering the price, it was disappointing.

Unloaded vehicle and proceeded to check in and saw a sign on the entry door saying the pool is closed as well as the hot tub. I had booked this through a 3rd party and there was no free cancelation. The woman was very apologetic. I really find it odd that we have to call to inquire if the pool and hot tub are in service! Next as im in the shower i look and there is a used dried up wash cloth hanging on the shower rod! 3rd, their television was going out or something because the picture was so dark and no way to adjust. Finally 3am...I wake to get ice for my water and the ice machine, on 3rd floor, was not working! Had to go to lobby...very frustrating to say the least. At checkout i explained all of this very politely and she offered no apologies whatsoever and was very off putting. OH AND NO MICROWAVE
