Pool was ok, but a group of kids came in and we're being loud and rude, but since one was 16 the staff refused to do anything, several groups with kids left because of the group of unsupervised kids. Weekday breakfast was good. Weekend was horrid.. out of everything or just to lazy to take care of it. Then when we got there after a long day Saturday night the parking lot was blocked off anf no instruction on where to park. Staff needs to do better.

Upon check in I asked for a late checkout and was told I had to wait until the night before to request one. The night before checkout I was told all the late checkouts were taken. Our window didn’t seal properly and we tried to sleep despite the howling wind blowing into our room. Since we couldn’t have a late checkout and our flight wasn’t until 5 we asked to store our luggage and … you guessed it! “No room” to store our luggage. Staff was rude and unhelpful in every regard. Do not stay here.
