With the shutdown and furlough in effect, there was no one on either side who could step in and help, and it felt like I was being punished for something I couldn’t prevent. It was stressful, discouraging, and honestly pretty disappointing. But everything changed once the manager returned from her health-related absence. She reached out to me with sincerity, empathy, and urgency. You could tell she genuinely cared about fixing what had gone wrong. Within a short time, she not only resolved the issue but made me feel heard and understood, something that means a lot when you’ve been stuck in a situation like this. Her kindness and quick action completely turned my experience around. I’m truly grateful for the way she handled this, especially given everything she had just come back from. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such ownership and shows that level of compassion. Because of her, I’m updating my review to reflect the true quality of service this place is capable of when the right people are able to do their jobs. Thank you again for making things right, it meant more than you know.

The location is perfect—close to the airport and downtown, making it super convenient. But what really makes this place special is the staff. Victoria checked me in and was so friendly and helpful, and Matt, Orion, Abby, and Christian were all awesome too. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—it honestly felt like a home away from home!
