The pool area was great for our group over 2 days but the bathroom in our room was terrible. On day one, we found black mold in numerous places in the shower and asked for it to be looked at. We also found black hair all over the floor and a huge wad on the shower wall as shown in the picture. I went down and just asked for it to be cleaned while we were gone for a few hours and came back to the same black mold and more hair than before! Ick. We stayed the two nights without asking for anything else and kind of wish we would have been taken more seriously. A little break on the room or just simply cleaning it decent after we asked would have been sufficient.
