- AGAshly GwilliamApr 6, 20261.0This has been one of the grossest hotels I have ever stayed at! The hot tub was green. Jets barley worked and looked slimmy. The pool had a green sludge along the side of the pool, no towles and were expected to use towles from our room but didnt even have enough towles for everyone staying. Carpets dirty stained and taped down. Smelt like sewage when walking down the hall. The breakfast was not even worth it. And when checking out the lady already had attitude to who ever she was talking to and slammed the phone down. Phone rang again and rolled her eyes. I had asked if I could put my rewards on because I forgot and got told no. Which ok my fault but I have always been asked if I had a rewards number at every best western except for this one! DO NOT STAY HERE!
