This stay was a nightmare, and solely because of the rudest woman I’ve ever met who was at the counter (whe she decided to work). Upon check in, she gave me the wrong room. I brought the key back with screen shots, emails and texts stating I went directly through the RGD site, not a third party. She was beyond rude to me and to everyone else there. I asked multiple times for a manager, she refused, I had to tell her that her language and attitude was uncalled for, I asked again for a manager. She slammed her fist on the counter and walked away. She finally gave me the right key, but it didn’t end there. Then I called to ask what time breakfast was and when the pool closed, she told me they’ll have food there but refused to say a time and she yelled in the phone that kids can be in the pool for as long as they feel like it. All I wanted to know was what times. I just wrapped up a 15 hour drive. The next morning, she was going off on another customer bc she also put her in the wrong room. When I came up to pay for a few items, the debit machine wouldn’t show my total, nothing. I said that it was blank and asked should it saw an amount. She was like “Can you read!!!????” Ohhhh boy….smh. The following day I checked out and she was terrible. I asked for a receipt for my stay, she told me no. I said it’s normal to get a receipt, I asked for a manager yet again. And yet again, no manager and she called me names under her breath and walked into another room and wouldn’t talk to me. I said so it’s empty, I just want a receipt and she won’t tell me her name, won’t let me speak to a manager, nothing. I had my phone when she finally walked back in, then she started yelling that I can not record videos. I said it’s a public place with no signs saying people can not record or take pics, so yes, it is allowed. And throughout it all, others took pics and videos, she clearly wanted to start an argument with me. She said she was calling the cops on me for wanting a receipt and for expecting decent treatment. She ruined the trip for me and many others. I still can’t get in touch with the manager, and I think after her verbal assault to customers, her level of rudeness and her absolute unwillingness to do her job, she needs to be fired. Other guests heard how I was spoken to and they were STUNNED, they all said she crossed the line and the treatment she gave me was uncalled for. Some wouldn’t even stay after how she was towards me and towards others. (Pic of the absolute RUDEST and WORST hotel worker I have ever come across. She refused to give me her name, wouldn’t give a manager’s name, refused to give me a receipt, threatened me….all things that she needs to lose her job over. She clearly hates it anyway.)
