Most of the hotel was pretty clean, but my bedding had all these little black hairs like eyelashes or something which is pretty gross. There was no do not disturb sign provided in my room and then I was woken up shortly after 8:00 a.m. to a knock at my door and room service opening my door when I'm still undressed in bed. Why would they come into my room when I haven't checked out and it's still pretty early in the morning? It's ridiculous.

The room was musty and smelled damp. I cleaned out the filters from the A/C unit and brought the dirt to front desk. My family are world travelers and Diamond members and compared to other IHG hotels, this was the worst. The pool was disgusting, hot tub out of service, floors and rug were filthy. Our feet were black. When we confronted the actual manager, rather than listen to a customer and defuse the situation, stood up for the clerk and responded with, "o we have gotten but good complements about her"
