- KSKookie Showglov3 days ago5.0I recently stayed at the lumina and it was the greatest stay in any hotel I have ever experienced. I came with a group of 40 or so and stayed for Christmas Eve through day. Even though it was Christmas, the staff seemed attentive to all the guests needs not just from our group, but from the whole hotel. Came around 10pm and was immediately impressed with the hotel. Very nice location, beach was extremely well kept, staff was very friendly and hospitable, Rooms were clean and spacious. 10/10 hotel and hotel will definitely come back!!

Had a little hiccup and needed maintenance (Robert) quick to the scene made the corrections and sent guest services (Megan) which also had a fast response time. - NBNikki BFeb 23, 20264.0I wanted to give 2 stars , but the food & drinks were delicious & the customer service from the restaurant staff, Willie, travis, & Mike were outstanding. The downside being only 1 elevator was working, they had men cleaning the vents in my room without notice, & they were under a boil water advisory (which I know that part wasnt their fault). It was just a series of unfortunate events. I may try again in the future, but I'm not so sure. I'm definitely coming back to the restaurant!
