  This was our first time staying at a Best Western hotel! Everyone was really friendly and helpful with our questions. The room was clean and comfy. Shower pressure was amazing! The elevator was a little scary but overall we had a great stay! Definitely recommend and will be coming back! ❤️

  Large clean hotel with nice staff. Clean room with good lighting, nice bed, decent TV, Good water pressure, nice AC/Heat. Free breakfast is nice with a good variety. Large parking lot with places you can park a box truck. Room didn't have a microwave. Instead they had a couple in the lobby. Elevators are a little sketchy and feel out of place in such a clean hotel. Luggage carts are old and worn out and desperately need replacement or maintenance. Parking lot has a lot of activity which can be concerning though I had no issues during my stay. Location isn't the best in terms of nearby stores/restaurants but is fine. All in all a good hotel with some minor niche complaints not really worth knocking a star off for in my opinion.

  While the 2 different female employees I dealt with were fine, the WHOLE 4th floor smelled like Marijuana to the point where I had to change rooms & had a headache from the smell. When I walked into the 1st room, the bedside table was close to the a/c unit & the alarm clock was on the floor & unplugged. I informed a 3rd shift employee, but nothing was done. Since I had a last minute booking, I was made to check out & then check back in. I asked for different room, but still had the problem with the super strong weed smell. I got home & washed my clothes but they still smell like weed. There are signs for no smoking cigarettes, weed, or vaping yet they don't enforce these rules. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone after this past weekend. I was hoping to be relaxed, & instead was hot boxed.

  Average at best. If you need to be at Wake, it's very close. But it's not anything special, and the breakfast didn't even have any black tea. Peppermint or raspberry were the only options.

  This is Teresa @,Keith we have been at Best Western for a long while.The staff is so friendly pleasant attitude very helpful will go beyond and above to make sure you are comfortable.always been pleasant from day one I highly recommend this place.frpm the time you walk in to the floors housekeeper is so so friendly kind and see to it.ypu have what you need.the.leader Red igoes out of her way constantly to help you.she is very very outstanding.The.office staff Terrance,Deon are very very pleasant to deal will they also goes out of there way to accommodate yo.could not ask for a better staff all the guys that work on staff is excellent also Bobby Robert David etc.The kitchen. Lady is so pleasant.thanks to all of you for helping us couldn't had made it without your help.I also have 4types of cancer battling stage 4.love.ypu guys yes and a lady name Quesha is excellent.in house.keepping she goes beyond and out of her way also.Anytime I ask her for something she gets it than and there she is grand a 10 excellent
