  My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. When I first arrived, I clearly explained to the female receptionist that I had forgotten my physical card at home. I specifically asked her if I could pay using tap payment from my phone (Apple Pay / contactless), since it is the same debit Visa card in my name. She confirmed that it was acceptable. Based on her confirmation, I left the hotel and drove about 9 minutes to the bank to deposit money so the payment would go through without any issues. I trusted her word. When I returned, a male employee told me that a physical Visa card was strictly required and that phone tap payment was not accepted. This directly contradicted what the first receptionist had told me. Because of their lack of communication and inconsistent information, my time was wasted for absolutely no reason. The situation became even worse due to their attitude. The female employee’s tone was dismissive and disrespectful, making me feel like I was not valued as a customer. Instead of apologizing for the confusion, the male employee’s behavior was even more unpleasant. His manner of speaking was rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service respect. In addition to the poor service, the reception area had a very unpleasant smell, similar to a bathroom odor. First impressions matter, and unfortunately the environment felt unclean and uncomfortable. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, poor communication between staff members, and a clear disregard for customer respect. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on how I was treated. Very disappointing.

  Quietly located and within distance of tons of options for dining. Plenty of parking but entrance is bit hidden and only accessible one way. Room are vast and comfortable; nothing luxurious. Sound proofing is quite good and quiet. No USB plug available though in the room. Staff is really friendly and helpful

  Room 215…front desk check in was easy and the gentleman was very cordial. The room was very dated and poorly maintained. Please see attached pictures. Elevator was filthy, no hot water, sink did not drain, water from bedtime was still in the sink the next morning. No coffee maker despite having cups and k-cups. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, left us both with back pain. Front desk was made aware this morning and she apologized and stated she would make maintenance aware.

  Water either didn't get warm or took forever. Elevators seemed to be on their last leg bouncing and loud grinding noises. Breakfast was good but if you got down first thing it was typically not fully warmed.
