Room 215…front desk check in was easy and the gentleman was very cordial. The room was very dated and poorly maintained. Please see attached pictures. Elevator was filthy, no hot water, sink did not drain, water from bedtime was still in the sink the next morning. No coffee maker despite having cups and k-cups. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, left us both with back pain. Front desk was made aware this morning and she apologized and stated she would make maintenance aware.

Water either didn't get warm or took forever. Elevators seemed to be on their last leg bouncing and loud grinding noises. Breakfast was good but if you got down first thing it was typically not fully warmed.

I book my reservations a month in advance and thought it wa payed cause I had to put my debt card info in so when I got there to check in I got a different price and I was just trying to figure out cause I thought I had payed twice so Saturday morning I had talk to the manger he couldn’t help cause the internet went out I had respect that so Sunday morning I had talk to the lady about it then I had talk to the manger and I was explaining the situation she was being nasty and had a attitude and what I was trying to figure out so I guess the guy that had check me in the put the tax in so she was like we can charge for the 30 dollars diffrents so I was okay and walk off cause I Being nice and respectful but to treat a customer like that is not okay and Saturday night when I got back in there was baby roaches
