  Avoid this place at all cost. The worst hotel ever. The hotel was out of hot water. The shower doesn’t drain when you’re trying to take a shower. Stay somewhere else.

  The first room assigned to me had the water running full blast in the tub, that was the first sign. The tub was filthy with some brown residue (photo). The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all (photos) and there were dead bugs all around (beetles from the looks of it). The second room wasn't much better as far as cleanliness but no sign of bugs. The water however was ice cold... no hot water and the guests were checked in with the staff having full knowledge that the problem existed. In a 3 night stay I was told the issue would be resolved on the 3rd day... Avoid this place like others have said.

  The walls were really thin and we could hear people talking/yelling, slamming doors etc until 2am. Our room was also facing the parking lot so the lights were beeming into the room. So much so that there was little difference between having the lights on or not. It was pretty rough BUT, the staff gave us a better room and fixed the problem quickly. I probably could've complained to them sooner but I always hate complaining. Breakfast was also pretty decent and the dining area was clean.

  Do the Manager that review these comments actually do anything. I mean a call to corporate is easy. But do they do anything about their staff? Look at cameras of their staff and see what they are doing ON THE JOB IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS. Like they respond but don’t really do anything. Acknowledge is one thing but actually doing something shows the customers you ACTUALLY care. Just a question

  I would not book here if you have an allergy to mold or simply just do not desire to be exposed to it. I got to the hotel mid afternoon and shortly after checking in I became ill and assumed there had been an animal in the room prior to me checking in that was causing my allergies to flare up. I took allergy meds and tried to give them time to work but as time progressed I wasn’t feeling any better I was up every hour and I just got through the night and left the next morning. That morning I found mold in the bathroom on the ceiling but I would assume that’s not the only place it exists. The hallway was soaking wet and they placed a fan on the floor to try and dry it up but it am unsure of its effectiveness. Overall the rooms looked clean but I know the presence of mold or other potential allergens made my stay very uncomfortable and I would not rebook at this location. I am sure they are aware of this problem and I hope they are working to resolve it as I had some colleagues booked at this hotel that notified staff of the mold issue ….I think if there is an active problem the hotel should take the appropriate time to remediate the entire facility before allowing guests to book. I left 3 days ago and I’m still having issues from the exposure. I just want to give any guests that have allergies similar to mine a forewarning on the possible exposure.
