- BGBrett Gurowitz3 days ago5.0I just wanted to tell you Oliver checked us in tonight. He was awesome. He told me he has been working here for a long time. I think he said 11 years. Well, it shows. I have stayed at many Hotels, but he was terrific. My brief encounter with him was what customer service should be! He was quick, efficient, and very nice and friendly. Told me the best place to park and explained about your terrific breakfast. Please share with him this review, as when I said goodnight to him, I told him I would leave a review. In the world of not-so-great customer service, Oliver can teach everyone how to do it. I would say give him a raise! With the cost of living going up I'm sure he could certainly use a pay increase. Hopefully, he will remember me. I'm the guy that checked in late we talked about the crazy drunks and stuff at the late-night shift. Great job, Oliver, Thank you again!

Actually worse than a standard room. Total rip off. This is exactly why I switched to hilton. These word game scams are completely ridiculous.
