- WFWalter FigueroaSep 30, 20252.0My first room had a non-functioning tv and the lamp flickered like an 80s strobe light. I tried calling the front desk but the phone was dead. They moved me to a room on the ground floor. It smelled like sewage. The whole ground floor does. I settled in my room despite the smell. The shower did not drain. They relocated me. The led tv screen is half blue and the toilet paper is dispensed from a rigged wire. SMH. I think I'm switching to marriot or ihg. Hilton isn't what it used to be. This place looks nice on the surface but it's not up to par and the smell is so bad every evening. Very disappointed.

The staff seemed bothered every time we needed or asked a question, especially the front desk staff. We were also very dissatisfied with having no ventilation in the bathroom so it got extremely hot in our room when we showered. The bed wasn’t comfy, squeaked and felt like an old old mattress. Our second night we saw bugs and got one in a picture that will be posted, it was such a lovely feeling seeing a bug crawling on the bed your sleeping in. They only service rooms every other day so I’m guessing cleaning isn’t great. Our room was very dusty. The halls were like walking into a sauna. Checking out again the front desk staff ignored us for a while before asking if we needed to check out. They were very unprofessional and unfriendly. I would absolutely not stay here again. $400 basically to sleep in a sauna infested with bugs.

Staff is friendly and the only thing that’s lacking is if you were on a multi week business trip, there’s no laundry at least I couldn’t find it. Fortunately have enough clothes that I can got through the trip without having to go find a laundromat..
