She was extremely helpful to us during our check-in. Excellent communication with me via the Hilton app. We had a great king room on the 1st floor. My only issue was that we felt that the room was very dark. Could use better lighting.

One of the highlights for me was the Hilton App. It worked flawlessly for generating a virtual key, checking in, and checking out. I’m a huge fan of the convenience—I didn’t even need to visit the front desk during my entire stay, which made things incredibly efficient! The room was clean and, while basic, it had everything I needed for a comfortable night’s rest. The only real frustration was the blackout shade in my room; it wouldn't pull down all the way, which was a bit of a letdown for someone who prefers a completely dark room to sleep. The complimentary breakfast was also well done. It’s a standard hotel breakfast—nothing gourmet—but it was fresh, tasty, and a great value since it was included with the room. If you’re looking for a reliable, tech-friendly place to stay in Wilson, I’d definitely recommend this Hampton Inn!
