- DMDianne Munoz3 days ago3.0The stay was good with a nice little "kitchen area." The hall way was very noisy at 1100pm. Both gals at the customer service desk were very helpful and pleasant. BUT when I received my credit card bill, I was charged $100 for "2 pillows". We did not take pillows, they were not good pillows at all. I was unable to call the main desk but did call The main IHG call line. i have disputed this charge so just beware.

It appeared to be a mattress on top of a black metal frame structure with no box spring or proper platform. Every time I moved the metal sounds woke me up. Between that and the very noisy neighbors it was not the most comfortable night. The neighbors dumped trash in front of my room door while I was out picking up dinner. The best part of my stay was the friendly woman at the counter who gave some good recommendations for dinner spots.

The bathroom door would not shut. The cable selection is terrible. The toilet seat was nearly off. There was information about a continental breakfast however we never saw one.
