- LLLuce2 days ago1.0Horrible Customer service. Always rude when asking questions about the hotel rooms. Cleaning staff ignores your " do not disturb sign" Do better. Youre in a small town hospitality should always be on point.
- DHDana HudeckApr 8, 20265.0We had a comfortable stay at this Candlewood Suites location and appreciated how friendly the staff was during our visit. The room was clean, quiet, and exactly what we needed after a long day of traveling. I’m also sharing a small hopeful note, just in case it reaches the right person. During our stay, our child’s two small stuffed animals—a black‑and‑white panda and a red panda (often mistaken for a fox)—went missing. They’re well‑loved and very much not “just toys,” and we suspect they may have been accidentally bundled up in the bed linens during housekeeping. We’ve already called and emailed a couple of times (and everyone we spoke with was kind!), but I wanted to leave this here in case: a staff member comes across them later in laundry or housekeeping areas, or a future guest happens to spot two friendly little stuffies hanging out somewhere unexpected If so, it would truly mean the world to our family to reconnect them with their kiddo. 💛 Thank you again for a nice stay and for all the behind‑the‑scenes work your team does.
