From the time I called and spoke with Ella was so kind and helpful, til the time I checked in with James their front desk representative who listened to my life challenges and James came up with a solution to make my trip positive. Checking out the next day Gracie front desk rep. understood my issue and got me on the road with a smile on my face! Even when I was having breakfast before I departed btw was delicious, the attendant/employee made me feel like a million bucks! Enclosing I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting that area and I wouldn't hesitate a minute to staying there again! Thank you, cew3rd Folly Beach/SC
