  If I could give 10 stars I would. At 1:30 in the morning, after long day of travel and an absolutely nightmare experience at Element by Marriott and SpringHill Suites by Marriott just across the street, I was exhausted and honestly shaken. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was denied a room, treated like dirt and threatened by one hotel employee. It was frustrating, humiliating, and completely unnecessary—especially at that hour. After an hour and half of trying to get me a room, they booked me at Tru by Hilton, which I should have done myself an hour earlier. Upon arrival, the front desk associate was genuinely kind and empathetic. I am so thankful for her, because it was the only positive and uplifting part of that day. She took the time to listen, acknowledged what I had been through (even though it had nothing to do with them), and treated me with professionalism and care. In a moment when I truly needed basic human decency, she went above and beyond to provide it. The room itself may not be the largest or most comfortable I stayed in, but that was irrelevant. After such a stressful day, what mattered most was hospitality—and this team delivered it effortlessly. Thank you to the outstanding team at Tru by Hilton for turning around what had been a nightmare of a day. I’m incredibly grateful and would absolutely stay here again. 🙏

  My family has booked at this location at least five times in the past year and we always have a great experience. Staff is polite. Rooms and common areas are clean. Cell service in the actual rooms can get spotty but hotel does offer free WiFi. There’s also more than enough space in the rooms for a pack and play if you do bring one.

  This place screams Dorm Room + daycare center! Located near a mall but minimal services on site. Breakfast was horrible, the hot food was luke warm, coffee weak, oatmeal a runny paste. The worst excuse for granola I have ever seen, dollar store breakfast bars broken into pieces. I mean really! No in-room coffee maker, microwave or bathtub. They don't provide even a bottle of water, so much for hospitality. No closet or chest of drawers so you will be living out of your suitcase for the duration. The room is 200 square feet max including the bathroom. They did have 24 hour front desk help so if you are getting in very late you can easily check in. Hilton has definitely cheaped out with the TRU concept.
