  We had the pleasure of staying at TRU Hotel Market Street, Wilmington NC 1-30-26 – 2-3-26. We were only supposed to be there 3 nights but got caught in the snow that weekend and ended up staying an extra 2 days. What an amazing Hotel and staff!!! Rachel Earley ,Dual Asst GM at the front desk was one of the most patient, kind, helpful, and accommodating hotel agents I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with. She really went above and beyond for my wife and myself, the kind of person and team that makes a great stay at a hotel into an extraordinary stay. What a team!! 5 stars!! We stay at TRU Hotels everywhere we go because they all are the same you don"t have to worry about what you are getting 5 Stars.

  This location refused to offer even a partial refund for a reservation that was cancelled more than 48 hours ahead of arrival, due to an unforeseen illness. I would avoid them if you want to deal with ethical businesses.

  Great! The key card opened the door immediately. No constant swiping. The breakfast was superb! I love gadgets and the auto making pancake machine was nice! Also, the diet kiwi juice was good for those of use that want to cut back on our sugar intake. I will be back to try the outdoor Jacuzzi that had the colored lights.

  Had a great experience at this location! We originally had an issue with our AC and the staff was super sweet and accommodating with moving our room so they could get the issue fixed. The staff was very nice, social, and personable. The breakfast was good, and the pool area is beautiful! I also loved the white boards close to the elevator that listed local places to see/eat at.

  I just want to thank the staff of this hotel for being so friendly and helpful when we stayed here- the front desk folks on the morning and evening shift, and the breakfast folks and everyone. Great place to stay! Rooms: 5
