- NJNikki JauggernautOct 31, 20254.0The service was wonderful, it was a very cute and modern. I loved the gathering areas and 24/7 free coffee. The rooms are tiny, though and there is no coffee maker in the rooms, no water pressure and nowhere to put your clothes. We stayed for 6 nights for work. I would stay here again just not for that long, without anywhere to put anything. The staff was delightful though!
- DKD KulisOct 27, 20251.0We are a diamond member what a disappointment with the bed Irm 104 bed sounded like a iron juke...broken spring on bed terrible night..not in a great neighborhood either but convenient to restaurants and the beach..and they offer breakfast

- JHJimmi HendricksOct 20, 20251.0Horrible customer service! Checked in my room left and came back later and couldn’t get in the room. Front desk said someone else was in there? After some research they said the first person checking me in did something wrong and swiped my card again and said I was now checked back in but didn’t know if someone was in my room? Great! So no one was in there but I now had two pending charges. I was assured I would only be charged for one room but that was not the case and have been back and forth through e mails and the issue is still not resolved. I have left several messages for management to call me back and have not received one phone call. I am very disappointed in their customer service.

The bed was firm,( more so then my liking..)but I am spoiled to my sleep number at home so.....lol The front desk lady was very kind. Had an easy checkin ,and she was very helpful and informative. But all and all I would stay again.. The atmosphere here was inviting, and nice.
