  Exceptional Service from Phillip – A True Asset to Hilton I had the pleasure of interacting with Phillip, the front desk manager, during my recent stay at Hilton, and I can’t praise him enough. I mistakenly booked my reservation for the wrong day and, to make matters more complicated, needed a room on the same day with a non-refundable payment. After several unsuccessful attempts with corporate, Phillip stepped in and truly went above and beyond. He took charge of the situation, grabbing my phone and personally calling the necessary contacts to ensure my reservation was corrected. His professionalism and dedication were apparent the entire time. Not only did he resolve my issue with ease, but he also managed to assist me while simultaneously helping another guest. His ability to multitask and remain friendly and calm speaks volumes about his work ethic. Phillip’s customer service is exemplary. He made me feel valued as a guest, and his friendly, professional demeanor left a lasting impression. Hilton is truly fortunate to have someone like him on their team. It’s employees like Phillip that make me proud to be a loyal Hilton customer. Thank you, Phillip, for your outstanding service. You are a true asset to the Hilton team, and I look forward to staying with Hilton again in the future!

  The customer service is second to none. The staff made sure we were attended to at all times and were extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this specific location.

  The staff was great and made sure everything was kept clean and presentable the managers were great when I spoke to them as well as the front desk crew any time I needed to go down and ask or buy something. Whenever one of my lights had went out the maintenance guy had responded rapidly and was very kind and even chatted with me. The location was great as it was in the heart of the city with the beach right about 10 minutes and about 8 from downtown the parking lot was kept clean as well as the whole property.

  Our final night before reaching home in MD, we booked with Spark again. The hotel was beautifully & colorfully remodeled. Everything smelled NEW! The room with king bed was spacious, with a small sink area, but lacked a microwave. The lack of coffee maker in the rooms (both Sparks) is made up for by the availability of 24 hour coffee bar! The staff again cheerful and helpful. Walking distance to several fast food places and one lovely trattoria called Rosalie's on Market Street (1.5 blocks away)...the food was wonderful & the service matched the food. Best stay of a 12 day trip including 5 hotel stays (3 with a competitor who will not be mentioned and 2 with the Hilton group).
