- SMSAM MNov 16, 20254.0The good news is that it's a Nice Hotel. Rooms were nice, looks good to the eye. Nice atmosphere. Great staff. I heard the pool area was really nice. Now, on the other hand, the heat/air system in the room was loud, the shower was hot one day and Luke warm the next, low flow, (boring shower), no towel bars in the bathroom, no shelf or grab bar in the shower. The ice machine on first floor not working. The bed was a little hard for me, but maybe ok for others.

I wish Hilton, in general, would tone down their use of perfumed-based products. Not sensitive to a healthy environment.

I was very impressed with the way our room was set up and the bathroom with the sliding barn door was different! My dislike was that I was in a ADA room but I couldn’t take a shower because there was no Shower Chair for me to for to take a shower unlike the their other Hilton brand Tru that have them already built in the ADA shower! But, for my inconvenience Management offered 10,000 reward points! I would definitely come back here if we are visiting Wilmington, N.C. again! The staff was awesome, friendly and professional! Great Job!
