Wifi was terrible, never could get on, kept getting the same error, 299 on my cell phone and laptop. Front desk was not helpful, told me to call their off site tech support. No sheets or pillow cases for the pull out couch? Loved having the kitchen, room/suite is great for families with kids. Room was cleaned twice in 5 days. Breakfast staff were very nice. Pet friendly with a price$125, never saw the fee stated anywhere prior to booking, our dog didn't cause any problem or damage, so why not refund it? Pool was open and heated in December

Our first night here, first room and hubby comes out of the shower. There is mold in the bathroom about 3-4 ā from the ceiling. They moved us. Our new room, current room. 2 forks no microwave bowls, no spoons to cook with, knife is the worst, will not cut meat, no steak knivesā¦ no hot waterā¦ Guy came up an gave me the excuse that hot water tanks are on the opposite side of building takes awhile to get here after being told we ran it for 20 mins. Every night our shower is Luke warm. Pissed off. Asked to get a list of the things they provide for the kitchenā¦no list yet. Had Togo get 2 bowls to put in microwave to make veggies.. Not sure how they can say they are an elite hotel. I will be contacting corporate with the list of issues they have and have not fixed. I guess that no one wants to complain about not having hot water.
