    This property delivers an exceptional guest experience from start to finish. The front desk team Wendy, Brittany, Liz, and Jen were consistently warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The General Manager, Robert, was equally impressive, personally greeting guests and ensuring everything ran smoothly. His presence truly elevated the overall experience. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and aesthetically pleasing, creating a welcoming atmosphere the moment you walk in. Mornings were a highlight thanks to the many delicious hot breakfast items fresh, flavorful, and far above the standard hotel offering. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you want to linger a little longer before starting your day. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone seeking outstanding service, a beautifully maintained environment, and thoughtful touches that make a stay memorable. It was truly a pleasure staying here.

    Exceptional Customer Service! During our first visit to Wilmington, NC, we stayed at the Home2Suites by Hilton Wilmington Wrightsville Beach. We had an excellent experience from check-in to check-out. The front desk staff immediately greeted us and made us feel welcome. We are Hilton Honors members, and we requested and were granted an upgrade which is always appreciated.

    Hotel, and staff are exceptional. Still five stars, but the only thing that kept it from being 100% perfect was the shower water pressure in my room. That wasn't good at all.

    Had a wonderful stay here. Very clean and updated rooms. Free breakfast and wifi. Great location and the price was great. Not the best view since it’s on the highway but the room makes up for it and the door is very thin and we could hear everyone in the hall but didn’t disrupt our stay. We had a king suite with a couch pull out. The room has a partition curtain to host multiple guests. Microwave, dishwasher, dishes, a sink and a full fridge. Will definitely be back whenever we visit Wilmy.
