Brittany was so helpful in making sure we had accommodations for our group. The location was great as it had options to choose from as far as restaurants and the rooms were clean and set up nicely. We appreciate Brittany so much for her help during our stay!
- KLKimberly LightSep 30, 20255.0I’m a bit of a hotel snob, but I recently spent 10 days in this hotel due to extenuating circumstances and I must say that they rival some of the best hotels that I’ve stayed in. Their staff was amazing. Specifically Brittany and Elizabeth always went above and beyond to the extreme and could easily be management Material of given a chance. My suggestions would be more blankets for the beds. But just a fitted sheet a flat sheet and a very thin top cover. There was no comforter or blanket to keep you warm so you may want to bring your own. The washer and dryer areas were quite expensive and the dryer is always took more than one cycle to dry even small roads so count on at least six dollars per load before laundry detergent. Quite expensive sundry area would be nice if 2 liters were offered. Good selection of alcohol, though, if not extreme expensive. What really impressed me was the extensive amount of available products if you forget things at home. Everything from NyQuil, DayQuil, Pepto-Bismol, shaving lotion, phone, and products, shaving cream you name it. Way more extensive and I’m used to seeing at finer Hilton hotels like the ballast and the embassy. Of course you can’t have everything but on that restaurant would be great. but the location in Wilmington is close to everything so for a very inexpensive price you sure cannot beat this hotel. I always book directly through Hilton because I am a diamond member. However, for Home2 suites I booked through Priceline or another one of the booking engines just last night the price through Hilton was $148 and I was able to obtain my room for 102 so check it out.
