  We stay at Home2suites quite a bit and this one needs some help. Ac noisy, bathroom door would not close. Ac has motion on it that makes it shut off and the parking lot is barely lit(very dark).

  Easily could have been a 5 ⭐ across the board, but one ratchet employee with a foul mouth nixed the perfect score. Check in was perfect, room was clean and inviting, bathroom was amazing, breakfast was awesome, pet friendly establishment with treats for the furry friends, great location, very very enjoyable and close to Carolina & Wrightsville beaches, as well as great restaurants, pubs, and movie theater. My ONLY complaint was an employee who jumped in front of me on the elevator, was on her phone hollering obscenities at someone. She saw I was also on the phone where they could hear her foul mouth as well. Other than that a perfect trip!

  Sound proofing is terrible. I was woken this morning by the sound of flushing toilet water running down the pipes. It was a good bit louder than the HVAC fan on high. I could here The people above me walking around there room all night. The high quality breakfast that they have signs posted about the lobby was concerning. They have the now ubiquitous waffles which were probably okay. The eggs tasted strongly of bacon which I didn't mind. The French toast was about 60 degrees. At which point I promptly left as the dinning area was overcrowded and I went elsewhere for food. Also, when I called to complain about it being excessively noisy, I was told it is a Saturday so it will be louder, but I will call to see if they can quite down. I understand that part of what hotels are for couples ,but I have had better sound proofing in hotels that might have also had an hourly rate. Definitely not what I would ever even remotely expect from a new hotel that tries to be an upper scale type. If this was a 1 star hotel it would be an excellent experience.

  Rooms are spacious and clean. TVs are large and the guide is relatively easy to use. My suite included two desks and a single chair, but the stool could double as a chair for two people working. Shower is nice with good water pressure. Room service is every other day, but if you need something on an off day just tell the front desk and they will take care of it. This hotel has 4 electric vehicle (EV) chargers, but they were not intuitive to use. As of September 27, 2025, the chargers are labeled as EV+, complete with the EV+ logo. These four chargers use the SWTCH app. You can use them as a guest in the web browser, but it will want your information including car make/model/color/license plate and all your personal information. The scanners on the charging stations are for RFID cards provided by SWTCH and will not accept your credit card; you have to use the browser or app.
