  This is evidently a new hotel....extremely nice..great staff and super nice rooms...like we're planning on going once a month to see family and stay there instead of at family's....peaceful location....good walking area ...everything is wonderful there

  I fixed my breakfast and used the sanitizer that is by the front desk. Ray the front desk lady took it and stated it is almost out and we dont have another bottle. I was humiliated in front of the other guests. The previous night lady was super nice. Ray had such a nasty attitude about me using the sanitizer that was at the front that I decided to speak about the nasty bathrooms in the rooms. The shower also had mold in it. The breakfast was cold which is crazy. This os at 7:30 am when everything should be hot. All I can say is the Element Hotel would never. FYI the Element hotel by Marriot is amazing, clean, and their customer service is top tier. I will be contacting corporate.

  Not a quiet place at all. I have stayed here twice now. And both times I’ve had nights during my stay where I’ve been kept up all night by noisy neighbors, mostly in the rooms above me. Maybe the building just has flimsy walls and floors but you can hear EVERYTHING. Every door slamming, every person stomping around above you, everything. I even called the front desk this time when the people above me were super loud late into the night. They said they would call the room above me. I don’t know if they did or not but it did nothing. If you are looking for a quiet place and good nights of rest I would look elsewhere.

  Stayed at this location quite a bit for the last two weeks due to travel for work. All the staff works really hard to provide good service. David who serves the breakfast on some mornings, is absolutely wonderful. He takes his job serious in making sure all guests enjoy their breakfast. He is constantly cleaning the area and putting out fresh food. Hospitality is not an easy job! Especially dealing with the culture we have now of thinking we are entitled when we go to restaurants or establishments. Being polite to the staff and saying thank you is definitely a thing of the past. Yet I watched this man handle some unruly guest and their children with grace. He works hard making sure everyone is enjoying their experience. With that being said, parents assist your kids in preparing their breakfast. Stop allowing them to tear up the breakfast area and touch all over the food. To the manager of this location, please give David his flowers! He really cares about the guest that he is serving and goes above and beyond to ensure EVERY paying guest has a wonderful experience. To management I would place signs asking parents to not allow children under 12 to prepare their own foods or they could be asked to leave the breakfast area. Give the employees a voice.
