- PPPeteDec 30, 20251.0Not a quiet place at all. I have stayed here twice now. And both times I’ve had nights during my stay where I’ve been kept up all night by noisy neighbors, mostly in the rooms above me. Maybe the building just has flimsy walls and floors but you can hear EVERYTHING. Every door slamming, every person stomping around above you, everything. I even called the front desk this time when the people above me were super loud late into the night. They said they would call the room above me. I don’t know if they did or not but it did nothing. If you are looking for a quiet place and good nights of rest I would look elsewhere.
- JPjennifer pigfordNov 24, 20255.0Stayed at this location quite a bit for the last two weeks due to travel for work. All the staff works really hard to provide good service. David who serves the breakfast on some mornings, is absolutely wonderful. He takes his job serious in making sure all guests enjoy their breakfast. He is constantly cleaning the area and putting out fresh food. Hospitality is not an easy job! Especially dealing with the culture we have now of thinking we are entitled when we go to restaurants or establishments. Being polite to the staff and saying thank you is definitely a thing of the past. Yet I watched this man handle some unruly guest and their children with grace. He works hard making sure everyone is enjoying their experience. With that being said, parents assist your kids in preparing their breakfast. Stop allowing them to tear up the breakfast area and touch all over the food. To the manager of this location, please give David his flowers! He really cares about the guest that he is serving and goes above and beyond to ensure EVERY paying guest has a wonderful experience. To management I would place signs asking parents to not allow children under 12 to prepare their own foods or they could be asked to leave the breakfast area. Give the employees a voice.
- KMK MNov 18, 20252.0We stay at Home2suites quite a bit and this one needs some help. Ac noisy, bathroom door would not close. Ac has motion on it that makes it shut off and the parking lot is barely lit(very dark).
- CBCam ByrdNov 10, 20254.0Easily could have been a 5 ⭐ across the board, but one ratchet employee with a foul mouth nixed the perfect score. Check in was perfect, room was clean and inviting, bathroom was amazing, breakfast was awesome, pet friendly establishment with treats for the furry friends, great location, very very enjoyable and close to Carolina & Wrightsville beaches, as well as great restaurants, pubs, and movie theater. My ONLY complaint was an employee who jumped in front of me on the elevator, was on her phone hollering obscenities at someone. She saw I was also on the phone where they could hear her foul mouth as well. Other than that a perfect trip!
