I arrived on Christmas Eve and didn’t have a lot of expectations regarding service, but I was pleasantly surprised. Check-in took less than 30 seconds and they still remembered that I like my room on the top floor close to elevators. I believe that’s how my profile for my IHG awards are set up. My room was spotless. In fact it was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever slept in in my life and I used to travel a lot. Breakfast options for a limited service hotel we’re fine and lots of to go items for those people hitting the road I honestly cannot say enough, nice things about the hotel and the staff
