Everything is remarkably clean and FEELS clean, the service is top notch, the location is perfectly accessible to plenty of great food within walking distance, a Valvoline car shop, other amenities, and is right next to a grocery store for all of your left-at-home traveling needs! I will say, despite the place being wildly busy and packed every day I was there, the room was deathly quiet - meaning the sound insulation between walls is legit (that or I had remarkably quiet neighbors for three weekends in a row). It's right off the interstate but immediately ushers you into Wilmington. If you're headed to Wilmington and not looking for the expense and dice-roll of an Air BnB, this is a great place to stay.

- PPPlato PoseySep 24, 20253.0There are issues here to be as new as it is, We stayed there a month ago, the AC system was not working in the halls, portable AC units set up to compensate, fans outside the elevators. Our first room, # 202 was musty smelling, caused breathing difficulties our first night, it was not clean, corners of the room needed vacuuming, there was food or other material smeared on the bases of the beds, hairs under the bottom sheet of the beds. We moved to room 420 and it was much better. But we should not have been in room 202 in the first place. No one should be staying in 202 until it is deep cleaned and the source of the musty smell found.
