I came in on the fly; right away Tosha went above and beyond to help me figure out what I wanted and continued to be kind throughout my stay. Princess & mecalya were also both super helpful! Even the kitchen staff went out of their way to talk to guests and make sure they were happy. I have stayed in many hotels in Wilmington but this was by far the best. Wonderful customer experience- this is now my go-to! Thank you all so much!
