- CSChanel Summer3 days ago1.0DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel rooms are filthy and our room had a bad odor. The beds had hair in them and the AC unit didn’t work in our room. Please spend your money somewhere else. I’m so disappointed in my stay and I will NEVER return to any holiday inn affiliated hotel. I am currently 5 months pregnant and I told everyone I know to choose a different hotel. I would like to cancel my membership as well. My confirmation # is 41478319.

She helped us out with local options for the family, helped me with a package, and generally has a wonderful disposition. I travel all the time for work and I wish I had more people like Cherie to greet me as I'm coming and going. Thank you to Cherie !

- KDkelly desautelsOct 19, 20251.0My first review was deleted. Nightmare of a stay. There was a girls soccer team staying at the hotel. They were obnoxious. Running up and down the halls late into the night. They took over the lobby. Shoes on the tables where people were eating. The hotel had to close the gym and the lobby because they couldn’t control them. The general manager said the police had to be called. We checked out a day early because we’re couldn’t get any sleep. They over charged my credit card. They never answered the phone. I sent an email. When the general manager called she said she would fix the overcharge and refund us for the night we ended up not staying. She did refund the over charge but did not refund the night we didn’t stay.
