They also had an issue with the elevator out of service during pretty busy hours which wasn’t great. It also took forever to get a hold of someone at the front desk. The location is the best thing as it’s only 15 min away from the airport. Probably wouldn’t stay here again

Please spend your money somewhere else. I’m so disappointed in my stay and I will NEVER return to any holiday inn affiliated hotel. I am currently 5 months pregnant and I told everyone I know to choose a different hotel. I would like to cancel my membership as well. My confirmation # is 41478319.
