Rooms were tired and need updating but the staff was awesome!! Jennifer was very accommodating. She went out of her was to ask about our tennis tournament and even mailed to me clothing I accidentally left in the room. Great location. Highly recommend.

Convenient location for USTA tournament this past week, we stayed in room 106. The hotel was very nice, the room was clean and nicely decorated BUT the air vent in the bathroom had a noticeably musty/moldy smell especially when the heating was running - I noticed the odor in the middle of the night and woke up congested. I informed the front desk in the morning and no one has reached out to me since.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. To much noise from the rooms above and side to side. On my 3rd night the room next to me was booked for some local people and they just dropped off there kids and it all started around 11pm when the kids started playing very loud music and trying to come through my door very loud laughing, cursing jumping running up and down the hall. I called front desk to get someone to get this under control but a hour later they were just getting louder so I packed my stuff went down to the desk expecting to get moved to another room in a different part of hotel but he didn’t even offer that up so I just ripped him a new one for not taking care of this and just checked out and went to another hotel. Now I’m trying to get my money back. This all was around 1am now and other guests were call down also. The next day I was told by manager that they had to call the police to get it under control. What kind of management would let this go on in there hotel and just expect there other guests to put up with this it was crazy. Good Luck Staying There I want be back!!!!

The location is simply not worth the low quality rooms. Walls were so thin you could hear everything in the hall and in the rooms next door. Furniture and bedding had stains, floors were sticky and my shoes stuck to them. In desperate need of refurbishment. Staff and lobby was nice but rooms were not just worth it.

This hotel is badly in need of refurbishing. The fixtures in the bathrooms are tarnished, the bed had a broken spring that made noise every time I sat on it, the furniture was discolored, and the corners of the bathrooms didn't get as clean as the sinks and tub. The towels and sheets were clean, though! The employees are friendly but don't always pay attention; the hot water urn for breakfast wasn't hot at all during my stay and I think the coffee urn sat empty a couple of times. The actual food was good, and reasonably priced for a hotel breakfast. Finally, this is the only Hilton I've ever stayed in where the front desk staff just stared at me when I asked if they could arrange a taxi to the airport for me.
