    The staff we're very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and this motel is only 5 minutes from the hospital and restaurants. The drive to the beach is 20 minutes Great location

    I had my bay shower in banquet hall at the hotel. Erica was super flexible and accommodating, the price was reasonable and the staff working that day were helpful as well! Event space was clean and we had access to the little kitchen area to prep food. Highly recommend having your event at this Hampton Inn location.

    Had to stay near hospital. Perfect location. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was very good. Great selection of breakfast foods. Would definitely stay again.

    My wife & I have stayed in this hotel many times started about 4 years ago when we first went there it was wonderful then over time it's just gotten worse. The last two times that we stayed it declined more we had a problem with the graveyard shift person he was just simply rude both times. And the person in the morning on the desk was rude too. But the slingshot lady is very nice. I asked to talk to the manager they couldn't find her, so I left a message but No response. Had to call back again and I finally got a hold of her after waiting several weeks.. My wife & I were sitting in the breakfast area looking at the pool located inside the room within the breakfast area It was about 30 minutes before breakfast was going to stop they had a lot of omelets available and nobody else came in but all of a sudden they disappeared. Then when another group of customers came in about 15 minutes to get breakfast and the breakfast lady said that she didn't have enough time to make anymore in a rude tone. But she had 30 minutes to have made more food made. I walked up to get more sausage and she was being mean to this large group of a nice family and I asked for more sausage and she snapped at me too. I was wondering where all the omlets went because no one had come to get any food until this group came and the whole pan was misding. She told the people that they weren't going to make sausage or any more omelets and they just had to pick the other things which wasn't much. The lady said she didn't have time to do that, so I did bring this to the manager's attention, but she just made excuses for her staff. Told me that other customers are happy with their team. This location is owned by franchise owners, not by Hilton. Unfortunately the service is just declining rapidly.. I will never stay in this hotel again and I do stay at a lot of Hampton Inns all over the country and have had great service, it's just sad.
