Called and spoke with the manager requested them to hold the item for some friends to pick up for us. Manager called back and said speaker was not in the room and that housekeeping did not have it. 🤬 Now they want to send me a link to fill out paperwork in case it shows up.

The room was spacious and beds very comfortable. We loved the location and our view was incredible. Breakfast was great and plenty of choices, though I would recommend a fruit salad. The only fault I found was the valet app doesn't always send a message to the valet team. After waiting for our car more than 10 minutes we finally went outside and the valet never received notification that we had requested our car.
