  YIKES! Extremely loud people next door to me at 3am. Refused to be quiet. I just packed up and left. That was really awesome having to get up and make a 6-hour drive at 3am (sarcasm). There was something bad going on in that room. Also, saw some woman passed out on a chair in the lobby when I went down to complain originally. Saw same woman on my floor. She was so intoxicated that she couldn't figure out how to use the elevator. Whoever was in 514 the night of Feb. 28 should be banned for life from Hilton properties.

  decent hotel, getting updated. the 57 hyperbole) signs regarding parking paid by cell (staff helpfully and courteously added to my room charge at my request) are a visual assault upon arriving guests.

  Just want to give an extra shout-out to Kim. She went above and beyond when I broke a wine glass in my room. She brought a broom and dustpan to my room when I requested them. When she realized I was going to clean it up barefoot. She insisted on doing it for me. Great job!!

  I actually stayed at this hotel last month and I ordered the Bourbon salmon entree and it was amazing.! Super juicy, full of flavor and it came out hot and fast. Hannah was very friendly and easy to talk to. When I came back this month I automatically knew I had to come and eat. I ordered the same thing and it was perfect again. I got to meet the chef this time in passing and had to thank him for his talent. He was humble and thanked me for dining with them instead. I will definitely return to this hotel again and next time bring family and friends for the delicious food and great service. Thank you chef Dre and Hannah!

  The hotel has been very nicely renovated and there is a nice gym. I can’t decide how to rate the parking. It is a terrible experience to get in late at night and be confronted with 100 signs telling you to pay for parking, which is just such a strange concept for a hotel in Wilmington. Then you go inside and ask if you can just pay at the desk, but no, it’s a “third party.” Then you go to your room and there are more QR codes, none of them let you pay for parking, and go back outside at 1am to take a picture, set up a phone app, type in a credit card, deal with the weird interface (you don’t even hit pay it just says “session ongoing.”). This was the brilliant plan of someone with an MBA but it really soured my whole experience with the hotel.
