  Staff was friendly. While our room was clean, it smelt like sweaty feet/socks.

  Entry to the hotel is difficult to find at night. There are no signs to guide you half a block down, turn left then left past a restaurant— the rear of the building is the front... Road noise is extremely loud— it sounds like we're at a race track. Front staff - friendly and efficient Property - clean and orderly Room - smelled of musty/mildewy mop/rag, and the floor was dirty (see photo. I travel often and do this at every hotel room— most do come up clean) I arrived late and too tired to request another room.

  Took 20 plus minsters for the receptionist to show up at the front desk to check me in. Arrived at 6:30pm

  Please note, the stay was overall completely fine (nothing out of the ordinary for a Holiday Inn, and the woman at the front desk was really pleasant and gave us some breakfast foods to go as we left very early). But! This hotel (along with many others) has really awful bright lights that serve no purpose outside. At this point, science has proven blue lights are extremely detrimental to environmental and human health, and yet this Holiday Inn feels to need to blast it. So, remove the lights and get your stars back. Light pollution is really bad, and every building contributes to it or can make it better.

  Had a terrible experience as i was laying down going to bed i saw a bug crawling on the bed and also the lady at the front desk that work morning shift is very very very unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers and seems to make up things to take your money
