I came to stay at Holiday Inn express but I was at the local Hampton Inn prior to that. I am so glad that I changed over to the Holiday Inn express. Donald, the sweet dining room worker as well as Guadalupe the room service lady were so spectacular. Every time I came to work on the weekend they were always so precious and Guadalupe, especially, was so excited to see me and my children. I’m sure these folks are considered lowest on the totem pole at this company, but they are absolutely the reason why this company has life and breath and a heartbeat. You will never find better Customer Service than what those two give. So very humble and kind. Also, the front desk staff were fantastic as well, Patty is one of the names that I remember. You guys have an amazing team and I hope that you were able to keep them all. They deserve top pay in my opinion.

In town for a funeral and subsequently very frazzled and out of it, and we were confused by how to use the faucet on the bathtub. Seriously.
The woman at the front desk was very gracious and offered a new hotel room, but we figured out how to use the faucet and apologized for the confusion. I get the feeling that a lot of places wouldn't have been so courteous with such a silly mistake.
