No hot water my four day stay. Breakfast was gross every morning. Everything thing else was great, room, cleanness, and customer service. Will look for a different hotel to stay at when I visit Wilksboro, NC.

We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel! My family stayed here and our ministry was hosting an event here. Let me start by saying that we have an incredible amount of hotel stays under our belt, so you can trust me when I say this was a good one! When it came to our event, we were offered help with whatever we needed and staff was very attentive and kind! (We have hosted events across the country, and that is surprisingly rare when using a hotel as a venue.) We also had a very great experience with our personal stay. We had housekeeping come around a few times over a few days, and our trash changed out quickly when placed outside. We were asked if we needed anything when walking passed the housekeeping staff. This does not happen everywhere! Breakfast here was very good! They had a larger variety of foods than some hotels, and it was attended to/kept clean. A coffee bar is available at all times with modern coffee machines. We were told that they are planning a full renovation next year. That would only be a bonus to the wonderful management they already have! I do want to say, despite being 10 years since their last renovation, our room was very well kept and felt clean upon arrival. Anything I saw seemed to be normal wear and tear, but nothing felt run down necessarily. 100% recommend this hotel!
