Absolutely horrible experience here the woman at the front office is very rude and displays very ugly behavior to the people who stay at this hotel would highly recommend anywhere but here because no way shape or form is it acceptable to talk and treat people the way she does

excellent deal for the price point! it's nothing fancy but you won't find a better deal in that area. would stay again for sure. very easy access to Blue Ridge Parkway as well which was great. they also surprise you with a small welcome package in your room when you arrive which was an added bonus!

Guests beware! If you like and enjoy a hotel who only sees you as a money bag and cares nothing for your experience with them, then this is the place to go. Otherwise, I'd find other accommodations in Waynesville, NC. I recently stayed here in a room they advertise as having a single queen sized bed. When I got there the TV was disconnected and laying on the seat that was set in there to fill up space. I told the front office about this and no one ever came to connect my TV nor was I contacted by the front at any time during my stay (stayed 2 nights) to inquire if I still wanted my TV hooked back up so I could at least have some form of entertainment. Not even when I went to talk to the front desk, for a second time, about the fact that my bed wasn't a queen sized bed nor was i offered any kind of solution or remedy, just a simple, no that room has a queen bed -- end of story. I know this seems silly but I have a queen bed at home and both my husband and I fit quite comfortably with room to spare and he is 6'3". So i know what a queen bed looks like, being a queen sized bed owner of several years. The bed we had in our room, we were very cramped and his feet hung off the bed. When I measured it, I found it was a little over 54" wide which I found was the standard size of a full sized bed. You may be wondering how I was able to measure this? Am I someone who carries a tape measure around? Nope. But I had some dollar bills and measured them against it. US bills are 6.14 in and I was able to be about 9 bills across. See the images if you don't believe me and the guides I've uploaded showing the different measurements of bed sizes. Do the math yourself and see. I got 55.26 in. but that's being generous going a little down the side there. Truthfully, I probably would have let this go if both corporate and the hotel weren't so dismissive about my complaints. I don't think it's unreasonable to want to have a TV hooked up in my room for entertainment and I don't think it's unreasonable to want to have a queen sized bed in my room because that's what I paid for. I also don't think it's unreasonable that if I come to the front desk or call the front desk and tell them that I'm pretty certain the size of the bed in smaller than what I paid for that either I get some of my money back or I get moved into a room that has an actual queen bed. And I think it's just plain wrong and corrupt that they hotel can get away with advertising a room that has a single queen bed and dupe people into paying for that when the guests are really getting a full sized bed. On top of that, the hotel and corporate don't see to care that a guest of theirs didn't have an enjoyable experience. Just horrible all around and I wouldn't stay at a Best Western if you have other hotels you can go to and get your money's worth.

Apparently groups of ( loud ) men are staying here. There is construction next door, so I assume many are from there. There was loud music and talking, so I couldn't even hear the TV. I actually stopped here because I wasn't feeling well and needed desperately to rest/ sleep. Which I did not get. Now, it is after midnite and the loud car bass is playing out in the parking lot.Of course I DIDN'T complain, because I am a female alone, and they saw me go out to my car. Please don't respond by telling me you are passing it on to the manager, because that will not bring my sleep back, or my money.
