I booked this hotel for my parents who are 81 years old to stay while they were here visiting. My mother is in a wheelchair and can't move the left side of her body. I went in person to reserve a wheelchair accessible room 2 days prior to their arrival. When they arrived, there was not a wheelchair accessible room available. I had to find them another room somewhere else for them to stay. The hotel charged my card anyway. When I disputed it with my credit card company, they contacted Candlewood Suites and were told I didn't cancel in time so the charges were valid. I've been charged for a room for 3 nights that they couldn't stay at. This is discrimination at its best!!

Beautiful hotel, amazing location, wonderful people… but if you have children, request the first floor or do not stay. I ended up leaving early do to 4 noise complaints at 5pm when we weren’t even moving around.

I stayed here for a week and I must say I complained consistently. The day I checked in I had to be moved because of the constant stomping over my head and loud music blasting through the walls. So once I got woke up for the second time I went down stairs and spoke to the front desk letting g them know I had to be up at three a.m. so they moved me to the fourth floor.once I checked it out I noticed that the bed sheets and towels had stains on them.so I went down stairs and I was told that they clean the room every four days.So I told them just give me some clean sheets and towels and I’ll change my own bed .once I went to sleep the noise continued all week through the walls still.when Friday got here and believe me I was waiting .i checked out probably after two a.m to find out when I got off today about 6pm a fraudulent charge was made on my bank card.and they wouldn’t even assist me . So when I called my bank they told me that my card was charged a little after nine. And clearly I was at work and I have proof. So i definitely don’t recommend staying at this hotel at all.it was my first and my last .

Super nice place to stay. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The lobby entrance was very clean and well kept. Friendly staff. Great location close to restaurants, shops, and gas stations etc. Free fresh brewed coffee is available at no extra charge at the entrance. Wheelchair friendly for the disabled, and handicap parking at front and rear entrance. However, no breakfast included only vending items are available in lobby. The vending service is a joke very confusing and not user friendly at all. You have to scan a code, download an app setup an account to buy anything. If I were the owner, I would not have such a ridiculous food service in my hotel. Your customers deserve something much better and easier to use. We went to McDonald’s for breakfast just a mile down the road.
