  Adding to my review since I’m unable to reply to your response. Unfortunately you’re choosing to not be honest. To clear up the name thing, I called the front desk and asked the name of the person who just left my room, I was told Patricia, I asked for clarification, was again told Patricia. Then this morning I called again asking to speak to management and was told the manager on duty was Patricia. So why was I not told Carrie yesterday? Furthermore you were told two dogs on Tuesday. Why would I lie? Your team refused to take their paperwork. Now proceeding to Tuesdays encounter, you came to my room to look at my ac that I called you about, which why would I do that if I was “hiding” a dog. We must have different definitions of professional because standing in my doorway asking me over five dogs what service my dogs performed where I told you and offered to show you the paperwork, which you refused again but now you’re claiming you came to my room for documentation. You didn’t stop until I told you my medical reason for having the dogs, which I told you was illegal for you to force me to do. My dog then took two steps, never leaving the bed and you said “that’s not how service dogs approach.” My dog never approached you. Now back to the name issue, my husband left work to come get me and asked the front desk for PATRICA where funny, the exact lady who just left my room came out and proceeded to raise her voice at him, once again refused the paperwork, then said you could tell they weren’t service animals due to how they were handled. I’d call that accusing my dogs of not being service animals. So tell me Carrie if you’re not Patricia why were you the one who came when he asked to speak to Patricia? I will continue to handle this with corporate since you all have a weird relationship with the truth. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! We checked in on a Tuesday night planning to stay until Friday. Upon check in my husband made them aware we had 2 service animals. He asked them to please take their paperwork so they have it on file, after much back and forth they refused to take any paperwork, said it wasn’t necessary. My husband felt uncomfortable with that and asked them to please document we had the animals so there wouldn’t be a later charge. They then asked my husband to write that we had services animals on the bill for them to put in their file, he did. That night our air didn’t work so I called the next morning to get it fixed. PATRICA comes to my door and immediately says, “are you aware we aren’t pet friendly.” I said yes they are service animals and you were made aware last night. She said no we were made aware of one animal and you “snuck” them in through the side door. I wasn’t aware that using the side door is considered “sneaking in.” She then forced me to tell her what my service dogs were used for which is not allowed but whatever but then REFUSED to view my paperwork proving they were service dogs. She confirmed my ac was broken. I immediately called my husband to leave because the way this woman spoke to me made me feel VERY uncomfortable. When my husband arrived to discuss with her, he was very calm and kind and she IMMEDIATELY started raising her voice at him and once again refused to view our service animal paperwork. PATRICA is a very unprofessional person and not someone who should be in a position of management. I have called corporate and I will make sure this is addressed as this is inappropriate for anyone who has a medical service animal. She claimed she could tell my dogs were not service animals by the way they were handled but I did not have to handle my animals at all because they made no noise, my one dog got out from under a blanket and took three steps forward and she said that isn’t how a service dog reacts. Also the internet didn’t work like the several other bad reviews for months on this page state.

  Good location. Got here pretty quickly from CLT. Clean rooms, comfy beds and friendly staff. What more can you ask for 😊

  House keeping starts scream at 8:30-9am house keeping!!!! Knocking hard on rooms door when check out is at 11am

  Great service but the room was lacking some maintenance issues. Nothing major, just loose faucets in the shower, wabbly toilet, and very thin floors and walls.
