A great hotel in a good location but the auto dealership next door starts playing music at 7:30 in the morning. I hope the hotel works with the dealership to quiet the music on weekends. Otherwise, the hotel is great..the rooms are spacious, the staff welcoming, and there are rooms for meetings.

Solid Hilton Garden Inn. Great location. I typically stay at this hotel when heading home from Florida, located above Charlotte so you do not have to deal with the morning traffic. I enjoyed Breakfast. Dog friendly

The room and bed were great. The chikdren and dogs were up screaming & barking at 5:30 am. Totally not good to allow no service dogs and kids rinning in & out slaming the doors. Room service would have been good. But at 7 pm which the restaurant was open until 11:00 pm they had no hamburger no fries no steak they just did not want to cook or work. The restaurant was the worst by advertising restaurant and room service but you have no beef. So either they were to lazy to cook since the workers were standing around chatting. But only reason we stayed was the advertising of great burgers & more and restaurant open late. So no i wouldnt go to same hotel due to the shalliw treatment and lack of service. I saw hambuger they had put away and grill already clean. It was obvious they wanted to not work and didnt want to use the grill or fryer. The so called pizza was horrible and it was not worth the cost. So hotel should not advertise restaurant being great service and great food. That wasnt true since your employees would not make my order by lying to me thinking i didnt here the cook he didnt want to durty the grill again he wsnted to hime early.... so he is a not good service and the girl lying to me about it only made her apart of the liar in the back. Again i was asking for food before 7:00pm or shortly after but restaurant open until 1100 pm anso dakse advertising for customers who count on certain services. So the bed was good. But I ended up with no food or the worse pizza every in my life. I even paid a fortune for that. It was left with one bite because it was gross. i am a meat eater not a salad eater and im a big advocatefir giving service to hilton but this was worst experience and disappointed. I did not get to eat lunch or dinner and the restsurant advertising food until 11:00pm so that was 4 hrs so i was told the burgers were great.thats why we stayed. Then the restaurant was liars and the pizza thing was grotesque. Again hotel bed was great but the kids & no service dogs running and slamming doors starting about 5:30am. But the lack of real customer service food, a hungry traveler whovasked about restaurant ahead of staying. The restaurant lack of acknowledgement and learn not to lie for a lazy cook who didnt want to fix my order and i heard him tell the woman who took my order. So i have never felt so disappointed and made me feel very unwelcomed. I will not stay at this hilton inn as a matter of making a point. There restaurant is not worth the higher pirice despite club membership. But they add the restaurant whichvyou pay fir dinner and breakfast so the restaurant should be running as it is advertised.

I used to love Hilton and have always trusted the brand for comfort and consistency—but this location was a major disappointment. To be fair, the staff is wonderful: polite, professional, and clearly doing their best. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The on-site restaurant took nearly two hours to prepare two steaks, which came cold when finally served… completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel of this caliber. No explanation, no sense of urgency—just an incredibly long wait. Even worse, the room itself offers almost no sound insulation. I can hear the neighbors talking, flushing their toilets, and even snoring through the walls. Privacy and rest are basic expectations for any hotel stay, and this room fails on both counts. For the price and the reputation of the Hilton name, I expected far better. Great staff can’t make up for poor infrastructure, excessive noise, and an extremely slow dining experience. Sadly, this stay has seriously shaken my confidence in choosing this brand again.
