We checked in and immediately left for a business dinner. Upon coming back to the hotel, bugs were found in hotel room, the rooms were not clean, ceiling looked like someone had smoked in the room for years. We packed up our stuff and the front desk person said he would leave it on managers desk to decide if we received refund. I called back to check on refund and he said he would not grant my refund because he inspected my room himself and saw nothing. We had photos of our rooms...he said on the phone to me that he had no way to prove that those photos were from his hotel location. Do not stay here...you will be disappointed with this tired property that also needs a pest control contract!
