The variety of food was minimal and they were out of multiple options offered on the menu. . ( Beers, soups, and desert option. . It takes away from the dining in experience if you constantly have to relook at menu because they don’t have what you picked out. The pool is one of the amenities that we enjoy most and it was out of service. The staff at the front desk and waitress staff were very friendly and welcoming! The cleanliness of the facility and the staff made the stay .

At this point, I’m discouraged and reconsidering staying at Hilton properties in the future unless I can be confident these issues are addressed. The one bright spot was the staff. Everyone I interacted with—from the front desk to the breakfast team—was courteous, professional, and genuinely accommodating. No sense of urgency from the staff, restaurant was out of half the menu and then messed up what we did order. Been to a lot of Hilton properties over the years and this one is the worst that I have seen. Room was halfway decent.
