We had booked Friday-Sunday, my 2 yr old daughter stayed Friday with us....the phone in the room didn't work.There is no WiFi connection to the tv so we couldn't watch anything but regular cable tv. Our toilet handle was broke so we could flush the toilet unless we lifted the back up. Their mirror light was half working.oh it gets better! Friday night we were woken up at 2:30 am over a "false alarm" fire alarm that the entire hotel had to evacuate for. Between the alarms and my daughter screaming it triggered me having a panic attack that caused me to call the EMS. I didnt get back to sleep until 5:30 in the morning and they will not refund me for 1 of the nights. They then said we had complaints of THC coming from our room , my husband smoke THCA from a legal smoke shop that he went out in our car to smoke. I do not smoke I have medical conditions and can't stand the smell so that was definitely false information. They said they have proof , photos. Well check the cameras you will see my husband leaving our room to go outside multiple times. Again he went outside to smoke to respect me and the hotel. We smelt THC in other areas of the hotel and did not complain about it because it's their business and valentines weekend. I'm beyond irritated with this whole stay and the way they handled this situation. They used my husband as an excuse to not compensate for what I went through Friday night. This was my first time away from home in 6 mths and it was completely ruined. I do not recommend staying here. Very unprofessional service.
