I really looked forward to getting back to my room after a day of visiting with my family in Cameron, NC. 1 suggestion is to add vinegar to the wash of towels and sheets. While being a natural disinfectant is works great to soften towels and other linens!! It leaves no odor and in fact removes bad odors. I wish much continued success to this hotel! 💛

I think it’s important to have good quality stuff like that. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and informative. I would like to give a shoutout to the house keepers for doing an amazing job and being attentive to the details of the room. Complimentary breakfast was included and pretty good! Thank you for a great experience.

- BGBecky GwizdalaNov 8, 20255.0It is apparent that the owner/mgr actually cares about the experience their guests have as evidenced by the extra efforts made: complimentary fresh brewed iced tea in the lobby (👍❤️), fresh baked cookies, microwave popcorn in room and a very welcoming desk clerk! Breakfast buffet was fresh, well done & stocked & staff were very friendly. Room was very clean and quiet. Ironically, we stayed here last night, traveling further east today and chose another Holiday Inn Express to stay for this evening. I was actually looking forward to it based on our experience with Holiday Inn Express Sanford. Wouldn't ya know, they're not all the same nor half as welcoming as the Sanford location! This place does a good job and has left us with such a positive experience. Wish more of them were like this one.
