I would love to give The Gorge Zipline glowing reviews because 1. the zips are amazing and 2. our guides were awesome but I can't because the customer service I received from the company was abysmal. The group size for the group in front of us was 12 people. We spent a lot of time waiting on platforms which was no big deal except, being that it was October we were running out of day light, and fast. When we booked the trip the website said the group size was 8. 12 people far surpasses this number thus causing major delays. While we arrived even earlier than the requested time we ended up having to climb down on platform 8 and hiking out to the pick up spot. And even this would not have been so bad if the company had acknowledged us, when we returned and when I emailed them directly, that we didn't get what we paid for because of the poor scheduling that allowed 12 people in a group. If you want the chance of your trip being cut short then book a trip, if not I suggest you go elsewhere.

A time was had with the best guides at The Gorge, Ziph (spell check) and Sophia! My family was already the life of the party but they made it 10x more enjoyable. A few of us in the party had never zip lined, but you would never know, they made everything and everyone feel so comfortable & capable. Everyone else on staff was *chef’s kiss* amazing. They helped us end our trip in the best way, wishing our guest of honor a happy birthday! See for yourselves :D you won’t regret it

We had an all around great experience at The Gorge Zipline. Our guides Soren and Kaden were fun, professional, and always ensured safety. The views were breathtaking, the zips were exhilarating, and the whole team was fantastic. The ziplines were longer and faster than we had done with other outfitters in the past. A small degree of physical fitness is recommended.
I would highly recommend adding this experience to your itinerary!

We had a great time at The Gorge Zipline in Saluda, NC. Our guides, Cat and Benny, were great! They made sure everyone understood the assignment "GRAB THE CABLE!", they ensured our safety, and most of all they made sure we had fun. They work really well together. All of the staff with whom we interacted were great. The timing of our adventure was perfect for seeing the leaves in full Fall color. So beautiful and peaceful.
Thank you for a great time! I highly recommend taking this adventure with this team.
