This was the absolute best! My wife and I weren’t here for my 40th birthday! Our guides Rebecca and Brenden were absolutely phenomenal! We could not have asked for a better 40th birthday! We both cannot wait to go back!

Had a fun experience with Brendon and Noah, they were great guides. Totally out of my comfort zone but gave it ago.

I am so impressed by the owner of this small business. He responded to me personally about my negative experience with the braking system. He explained that the Gorge Zipline has some of the fastest/steepest ziplines in the country and so that this is the braking system used. He was extremely apologetic that I wasn't prepared for the abruptness of the brakes and said that my feedback will be helpful when training the guides on how to explain the stopping mechanism to clients. After my conversation with him, I personally feel that I need to edit my review and rating because it is obvious that this business cares about safety as well as making sure clients have fun... and you will have fun zipping through the gorge... just be prepared for abrupt stopping.

The Gorge Zipline was a wonderful experience! The backdrop and scenery was breathtaking and the fact that this place offered 11 zips, 3 repels, and a skybridge was a great way to enjoy the experience fully. This experience was for my birthday with my group of friends and specifically Rya and Noah (zip guides) were top notch in their expertise, but also allowing us to be goofy and fun the whole time. The way they engaged and trained us, it made us all comfortable and confident to fly through the sky. The 11 Zips are at a great pace and doesn't feel too rushed. The repels were a bit disappointing only due to self expectations of going down much prettier terrain, but you just go straight down from a platform that you are on each time. The skybridge was fun, but again not what I personally was hoping for in terms of location in the Gorge. The toughest part of the whole experience and the reason why it is 3 stars, and not 5, is because while booking the experience it was very difficult to reach the company by phone, email, or text. Had to go many days waiting for them to call back or email back and then there was some mixups with not seeing the waiver form entirely online and how to pay appropriately became a little confusing. Finally, at the end we paid for photographs from the experience which they showed us in the store a preview and that was awesome, but then it took a couple days to get them to my email after calling them a couple times and them not responding still. Just would have hoped for a little bit better customer service through the experience from start to finish, but once your Ziplining, hands down one of the best Ziplining experiences I have had in my lifetime! Thanks Gorge Zipline!
