    Staff is amazing. Rooms were clean and comfy. Forgot some expensive earbuds in the room and they held them for me! This place is top notch!

    I booked a room for myself and my cat during the recent ice storm so that I could be closer to work. Racquel helped me find just the right room so that I could sleep during the day since I work nights. She was friendly with every encounter. It’s clear that she is a great asset to your hotel.

    My stay at Home2Suites by Hilton Salisbury was pretty good My check out experience however was not so good although there was clearly a misunderstanding The manager CHRIS tried to bully me into paying for my room twice. He assumed I didn't have the money first of all, but once the payment went through I get another bill A COUPLE HOURS LATER (AFTER I WAS GON) on my account for $250 so I called up there. CHRIS the manager says that I trashed the room,... how convenient. While speaking with him he says he has a video of the quote on quote damages I asked could he send it to my email he said no I can't send you the video because I didn't charge you the $250 because your card was declined (Locked), so instead of charging me I just could never book with them again. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾Thank You CHRIS. I WOULDN'T DARE, YOU WILL NOT PLAY WITH ME OR MY MONEY. Now to the female staff thank you ladies so very much. You guys were very polite and respectful my entire stay. Thank You.

    Free laundry! Racquel, at the front desk, is Amazing! Friendly! And has an attitude that could sooth anyone's sour mood. Free laundry! Oh wait I said that already. And being right off the Interstate it's very convenient to get back on. No Semi parking. Paula, at the front desk, cool a friendly as well.
