We had the best time, beautiful, and clean. I left my 20k rings there and thankful for the sweet honest Carolyn who found them and returned them. And the front desk ladies were amazing Tieva & Kaylin thanks for being the best.

Prepaid through 3rd party and hotel charged me one night at check in. Ive had this happen and usually a call to the manager clears it up with a refund. This hotel manager refuses to refund what they charged me and instructed me to go through priceline, they said ok you will get your refund we spoke with him...yet 2 weeks later still no refund. I don't appreciate the games being played I know the manager can refund what his cc machine charged me and it would go back within a couple days. Will update review if I ever get a refund.

This was such a comfortable stay! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchenette was impressively stocked (and aesthetic), and the breakfast was great! Also, the hotel staff was SO helpful! They helped all of our team get checked in despite having multiple rooms across multiple reservations. And major shoutout to Tara for her overall kindness :)

The management and staff at this property are irresponsible. I booked through booking.com. With not notice, they canceled my reservation. When my family and I arrived they told me they didn’t have my room. They offered no help or support and just pushed the blame on me and booking.com. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

Tara at the front desk, she was awesome she did everything she could and what she was allowed to do to help us. We tried to check in and but it kept declining our cards which we tried two cards and then the other people in our party tried checking in and it was doing the samething. Mrs. Tara at the front desk proceeded to get in contact with managers Demetrius White, which he wasn't any help at all she kept apologizing for calling him on his day off but it shouldn't have mattered because he's the manager and she was having a issue that she couldn't fix, she was explaining to him the processes we went thru and everything we had tried he wasn't listening and from her facial expressions he was being very rude to her and wouldn't listening. We kept trying explain to him that nothing was working. She then had us to fill out a paper with our information, we arrived at the hotel approximately 8:00pm and we didn't get in our room until 9:30pm and the only thing we were compensated was 2 bottles of water! Yes we did book thru booking!
