    Wonderful experience overall. Only mirror in the whole room is in the bathroom. No full length mirror at all or any other mirror outside of the bathroom.

    Really nice and clean hotel. Service was very friendly as well. No complaints at all about the rooms. The room even jd a clean smell to it where you could tell they are actually investing time into getting the rooms ready. My only complaint is online it says the indoor pool is heated but when we got there with our kids the gentleman at the counter said the pool was open but not heated. It was very cold. We toughed it out but the kids were ready to leave after about 15 min.

    Once I checked in in person room 412 on 10/5/25, the rep stated that Expedia did not charge an incidental fee and asked that I pay an incidental fee. I feel the clerk ask for the incidental fee due to the color of my skin, I felt stereotyped. The lobby and outside grounds area was ok. The continental breakfast was great, There were homeless or drug addicts or alcoholics at the gas station beside the hotel. I had to park my car on the other side of the hotel. Once I got in my in room, it had a stuffy smell, the sliding bathroom door came off the hinges, the carpet had old gum or some type of black sticky spot, the carpet was old, the couch bed had no sheets, the remote batteries were dead, no coffee cups for the coffee machine, shower curtains were old, the shower was dingy, I couldn’t tell if the deadbolt lock worked to the room door. The amount of money I paid was not worth it.

    I’ve had such a great experience at this Holiday Inn Express thanks to Mitch. His customer service is outstanding, he’s personable, attentive, and always goes above and beyond. Whenever I’m working in the lobby, he checks in to make sure I’m comfortable and taken care of. It’s clear he treats every guest with the same care. IHG is lucky to have someone like Mitch on their team!

    Seriously the best hotel! Mitch checked me in, signed me up as a member. ITS SUPER CLEAN! VERY NICE! Don’t let their google 4 point something scare you. I came in and asked to check the room first because I had gone next door which said they were a 9.7 Excellent and it stunk and the rooms were ugly, creepy and dark. This hotel Holiday Inn Express is a breath of fresh air!! Love it. Very Clean!!! No smells and great friendly staff! I hope Mitch is a manager he was awesome.
