  This newer hotel right off the I95 was a lovely surprise. Our room was spacious with a king bed, a sofa and a desk. If you need lots of USB ports this room is well equipped. There are even plugs and USBs on the wardrobe with a shelf next to it for your devices. The bathroom has a combo shower/tub and the counter space is quite large. I loved the soft light around the mirror. Great for putting on makeup. No little messy pieces of soap. They had pump bottles of hand and body lotion attached to the wall. The breakfast area was nicely laid out and well appointed with make your own pancakes, 4 hot choices, fruit, pastries, toast, bagels, cereal etc.

  I had an amazing stay at the hotel located at. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth, professional, and welcoming. The property itself is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable — exactly what you want after a long day of travel. What really made the experience stand out was the level of service. A huge thank you to Tiffany, who went above and beyond to assist with everything. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely dedicated to making guests feel comfortable. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. Great location, great atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area.

  I've stayed here a few times over the last year. Clean hotel, right by the highway. The staff is mostly friendly. Breakfast is the same ol same it has been with IHG for years no frills there.

  We stayed 2 nts for a volleyball tournament. It was mostly problem free, with two exceptions . The room was clean. We were facing the main highway so there was constant road noise. To avoid this, ask for a room facing the front parking lot. I believe those are odd numbered rooms. Our king bed was comfortable and the thermostat worked well enough to regulate the temps. The room darkening shades helped with our sleep quality. The Keurig did not work so we asked for a new one and it was delivered the next day. There’s also a small fridge and microwave that both worked well. The small selection of coffee pods was nice but we also brought our own. Bathroom was clean, with strong water pressure and pump bottles for soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. We had enough towels for the two of us but when housekeeping serviced the room the following morning, they took them all and didn’t replace them. So we asked the front desk for towels and it arrived within 10 mins. This room had more charging ports and outlets than any other IHG hotel I’ve stayed. We had no problems charging our multiple devices. Coffee and tea are available 24 hrs in the lobby, same location where breakfast is served in the morning. There’s hot options, like eggs, sausage/bacon, potatoes, oatmeal, pancakes, as well as cereal, pastries, toast, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fruit. The hotel was full due to the tournament and breakfast was busy so the staff made sure tables were cleaned off and food didn’t run out. Overall with the options available, and it was included in our room rate, eating here for breakfast was a better choice than going out. Plus the coffee was good. The hotel location is right next to Outback Steakhouse and several other places to eat. Staff at the front desk seemed a little tired and stressed at check in/check out but were later politely receptive to fixing our two issues - the broken Keurig and missing towels. All our other interactions with staff were professional and polite. Overall a comfortable stay and we’ll probably stay here again for next year’s tournament.
