I was charged $170 for a 15 minute self guided tour of my room which I didnt even stay in. The smell of cigarettes, weed and some sorta chemical (pesticides?)filled the room with uneasiness. The sticky floors and moldy shower added to the anxiety that was already present from the half dozen people just roaming the parking lot as we arrived. The icing to this disastrous cake was the single dead roach at the bottom corner of the vanity inside of the bathroom with a clogged toilet with one small piece of human poop floating in it. I left this room before even unpacking and was told I'd be receiving a refund. The refund was denied, so here's my experience. I'll eat that $170 before I ever step foot in a candlewood suite or its affiliated partners again. Do yourself a favor, as I did. Just go somewhere else. Happy New Year!
- RVRobert VeraDec 24, 20253.0The room is called "king suite" and as soon as you get to the third floor it smells like someone lit a fresh cigarette smelt like that all night room it was some what clean the couches were dirty the towels definitely felt like they were used the bed was ok hurt my back in the morning couldn't sleep cause it smelt like a cigarette was lit in here never staying in here again worst hotel and not even a little clean stains everywhere these rooms need either a heavy remodel or at least some clean stuff and air freshener I'm genuinely scared to see what the cheapest option looks like the bathrooms are suprsingly clean WARING NON CANCELABLE RESERVATION all in all dont come here go somewhere nice or if you are coming here bring some frebreeze so it doesn't smell cause this place has none and smells terrible. Sheets and bedding are suprsingly clean except for the mattress
