- ZRZachary RiggsNov 6, 20252.0For the most part the staff was friendly. The place needs a good scrub down as everything you glance at is stained, crusty or dirty. The elevator doesn't work correctly from the 3rd floor and was a little sketch. I guess its good for the price point but there was dried blood drops on the floor of the room I was in and hair all over the shower, filthy doors and fixtures. Really just kind of an ick staying here but it did work for what I needed.

Very convenient location close to different stores, just 7 minutes away. The hotel would be perfect if they clean it better, just some little things. But I really liked it. Great customer service and location.

- SBSimone BrownSep 25, 20251.0I would leave no stars if I could. This hotel is complicit in allowing Rocky Mountain,NC police to gang stalk and harass a young black man on their property. Videos of police officers breaking down a hotel door and taking him from the room without reading his rights or announcing themselves can be seen online. It has already been proven in court this was an excessive use of force for no reason and no charges for the young man came of this. Do NOT stay here. This management and staff will not prioritize your safety.
