- NBNathaniel BurrisonFeb 14, 20263.0I stay almost exclusively withIHG brands. The good: Very close to food and other stores within the area. Room was spacious and beds were pretty comfortable. Consistent Contenintal breakfast items. Not wow but not bad....basic offerings for Holiday Inn. The bad: From the outside, it looks like one of the more updated hotels in area. My room was a little...worn. It had a musty smell t/o the stay. Several areas were showing significant wear and tear for a newer building. And then there were the lady bugs...room had several when I arrived, including dead ones on the window sill. For me, lady bugs are a sign of good luck so I wasnt worried but another guest would probably have freaked out. Overall, it seemed a bit overpriced for the shape of the room. May consider looking outside IHG portfolio next time I am in area, but decent stay.

However, of the 5 days I was there just the 2nd day housekeeping was made the other 3 days they didn't show up or even mentioned something related. Also, I found in the room at least 5 bugs 2 of them lady bugs. Rooms are OK but nothing that exceeded my expectations. Due to irregular housekeeping services and bugs I rated them with 3.5 stars.
